Santa Cruz’s New Nomad

This site isn’t about bike reviews, however the latest rendition of the Santa Cruz staple bike, the Nomad, is too hot to ignore. They’ve increased the rear travel to 165mm, created a single ring only design, slackened the head-angle, extended the cockpit, and built a six-inch trail bike that weighs in around 27 lbs. With the strides Park City’s been making with downhill and freeride oriented trails, the new Nomad should be on your list if you’re in the market for an all-mountain, quiver-killing trail bike.

When you’re ready to pull the trigger and be the envy of all your friends, you can order your new Nomad from Competitive Cyclist.
